Suhaila's Zill Drills:

1.a)-Right foot behind left foot
       -Snake arms
       Zill Pattern: 3

    b)-up and down hips while walking in a circle around yourself
       Zill Pattern: 2

2.-Saidi side step, lift your hip and make it curvey (like a half an inward maya)
       Arms are up by ear
       Zill Pattern: 7

3.a)-Undulation with arabesque 1 (ie: step together)
       Zill Pattern: 3 1 3 1 3
    b)-undulation in circle with arabesque 2 (ie:on tiptoes, on flat etc)
       Zill Pattern: 4

4. 4-step circle, twist hip forward, step back - twist, step forward - twist, one hipped back circle
       Zill Pattern: 3 7 3

5. -step cross front x2 and fling out outer leg. Arm lifts with leg
       Zill Pattern: 3 5 1 3
